The Crackin' Gangnam Style Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or legal residents of Canada (except Quebec) who are age 18 or older or of the age of majority in jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older. Void in PR, Quebec and where prohibited.

Sweepstakes begins on January 9, 2013 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on February 6, 2013 at 11:59 PM PT. Sponsor's Sweepstakes computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

There are three (3) ways to enter:
a. Photo Entry by Computer. Visit http://www.facebook.com/getcrackin ("website") during the Sweepstakes Period. Then complete and submit the entry form with all required information, including a photo of how you Get Crackin' Gangnam Style. Photo must be submitted as follows: File Size Limit – 4MB; File Formats - .GIF, .PNG, or .JPG. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on February 6, 2013. Entrants may, but are not required to, use props provided by Sponsor on their photos. EACH ENTRY MUST HAVE A MATERIALLY DIFFERENT PHOTO IF SOMEONE IS ENTERING MORE THAN ONCE.

b. Entry without a Photo via Computer. Visit the website during the Sweepstakes Period via a computer and complete and submit the entry form with all required information. A photo is not necessary to be an eligible entry.

c. Entry without a Photo via Smart Phone. Visit the mobile version of the website during the Sweepstakes Period via a smart phone and complete and submit the entry form with all required information. A photo is not necessary to be an eligible entry. Standard text message and data rates apply. Please consult your wireless carrier regarding your pricing plan. Not all wireless carriers have necessary service. Service may not be available in all areas.

For each method of entry, there is a limit of one (1) entry per Facebook account per twenty-four (24) hour period.

Potential Grand Prize winner ("Winner") will be notified via express courier ("Notification") and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where permitted, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days from the date specified in the notification letter.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a check in the amount of $10,000 (USD) which can be used for a twelve (12) month lease of a 2013 Mercedes-Benz* SLK 250 or for any other use.
