Sweepstakes begins on January 11th, 2013 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on January 27th, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories) with a valid email address and active Facebook account, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of January 11th, 2013, are eligible to enter.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per day.
One Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random, on or about January 28th, 2013, from among all eligible entries received. Weekly Winners will be selected at random, from all eligible entries received, on or about January 14th, January 21st, and January 28th. Winning the Grand Prize will not preclude the same entrant from also winning one of the weekly prizes. Entrants may win more than one weekly prize, subject to his/her compliance with these Official Rules.
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) trip for two (2) (Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest) to Los Angeles, tentatively scheduled February 3rd - 5th 2013 (date subject to change), to attend a U.S. screening of the film "Identity Thief" currently anticipated to take place on or around February 4th 2013 (date subject to change). The trip includes:
(i) round-trip air transportation between a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence and Los Angeles, California;
(ii) ground transportation between the airport and hotel;
(iii) ground transportation between the hotel and screening event;
(iv) two (2) nights' standard hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest (one (1) room, double-occupancy) at a local hotel selected by Sponsor;
(v) two (2) tickets to the "Identity Thief" movie screening event currently anticipated to take place February 4th 2013 (the "screening") (date subject to change).
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is up to $3,500.
Three (3) Weekly Prizes: The following prize shall be awarded once (1) per week during the Sweepstakes Period: One (1) Promotional Code redeemable for a one (1) year LifeLock UltimateTM membership (ARV $275.00)
Seventeen (17) Daily Prizes: The following prize shall be awarded once (1) per day during the Sweepstakes Period: One (1) Fandango gift card valued at $26.00, redeemable for two (2) adult movie tickets of equal or lesser value, purchased through Fandango.com. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Daily Prize is $26.00.
