HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, go to http://www.toastytastesbetter.com and click the "Pull Lever and Get Started" button to register or log-in using your Facebook account. Then, follow the instructions provided to pull down the toaster lever to immediately receive a winning or losing message. If you receive a winning message, you are a winner of the prize indicated subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules and you must immediately follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your information. If you do not immediately follow the on-screen instructions, your prize will be forfeited. If you do not receive a winning message, you are not a winner. All game plays must be received by the end time of the applicable Daily Period to be eligible. Limit of one (1) game play per person using only one email address per Daily period throughout the entire Promotion Period. Additional game plays received from the same person, email address or household in excess of the above daily stated limitation will be void. Use of any automated or robotic system to participate is prohibited and will automatically result in disqualification. At least fifty (50) first prizes will be awarded per Daily Period which will increase to one hundred (100) first prizes awarded per Daily Period once (or if) the total number of "Likes" on Thomas'® Facebook page exceeds 250,000 during the Promotion Period.

FIRST PRIZES (45) (One (1) per Daily Period): A toaster oven. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each toaster is $55 SECOND PRIZES (Up to 4,500) (Up to One hundred (100) per Daily Period): A package of Thomas' English Muffins or Bagels, awarded in the form of a $5.00 coupon. ARV of each coupon is $5.00. Face value of coupon and toaster is in US dollars. Unauthorized resale of a coupon or toaster will invalidate prize. The total value of a coupon or toaster code must be redeemed at one (1) transaction. Any unused balance will not be awarded. Coupons or toaster codes must be surrendered at time of redemption. Coupons and toaster codes are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by Sponsor. Coupons expire thirty (30) days from the day the coupon was printed. Toaster codes expire ten (10) days from the day the code was awarded. Coupons and toaster codes may not be used online or in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Valid only in the U.S.A. at participating stores and void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local taxes (if any), will be the responsibility of the winners. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitution for any prize or any element thereof will occur except in the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit of one (1) prize per person per Daily Period. The total ARV of all prizes is up to $24,975.
