Timing: begins at 12:00:01am Central Time (“CT”) on January 21, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59pm CT on January 27, 2013

Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to attend a taping of Late Night
with Jimmy Fallon (the “Taping”) in New York, New York on February 11, 2013. The trip includes round trip coach airfare
for two (2) people from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the major
airport nearest New York, NY, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy), two (2)
tickets to the Taping (seats determined by Prize Provider), and a meet and greet with Gary Allan in the Late Night Green
Room (the “Visit”) (Approximate Retail Value: $2,500.00). Grand Prize provided by Prize Provider.

Travel will take place –February 10 - 12, 2013 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the winner is
unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select
another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the
same itinerary. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or
government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure location,
travel dates, time of travel, and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual value
will not be awarded to winner. Hard Rock Hotel Cancun All-Inclusive accommodations include 24-hour room service, all
meals and drinks at the Cancun Resort including alcoholic beverages, unlimited long distance telephone calls to the
Continental USA, and wireless internet access. Additional meals and beverages, service charges, incidentals, gratuities,
phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not
specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where applicable, Prize Provider, in its sole
discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within one
hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the Taping and/or Visit are postponed or
canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Taping and/or Visit on the
same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and
destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is
permitted except at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor
reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other
restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner(s)
