PRIZES (9) (Three (3) per Weekly Entry Period): A diamond necklace with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $15,000 and $4,500 for the purpose of alleviating burden of taxes incurred from accepting the prize.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Any costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the winners. Rules: ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of Teleflora LLC ("Sponsor"), The Regan Group, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, Sweepstakes and advertising agencies and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. OR 3) To receive one (1) entry without purchasing a Teleflora Heartstrings bouquet, Teleflora Passion's Heart Bouquet, or Teleflora My Heart is Yours Bouquet, visit www.Teleflora.com, click the Sweepstakes link on the homepage, and follow the directions to provide your information and check the Sweepstakes box to receive one (1) entry. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address and per household for the duration of the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries must be received by the dates and times specified in the chart above to be eligible. WINNER DETERMINATION: Three (3) potential winners for each Weekly Entry Period will be selected in random drawings held on or about the dates specified in the chart above from among all eligible entries received for each applicable Weekly Entry Period. The "winner" will be understood as the individual that visited the Teleflora or eFlorist site to purchase/enter and not the recipient of the bouquet (if applicable). Non-winning entries from one drawing will carry over to subsequent drawings. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Weekly Entry Period.
