Prize: (1 winner) Choice of trip for a family of four (Grand Prize Winner and three guests) to one of four Sponsor-selected Gaylord Hotels resort destinations. Grand Prize trip package includes: roundtrip coach air transportation on Southwest Airlines for Grand Prize Winner and up to three guests from a single major U.S. commercial airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner's home that is serviced by Southwest Airlines to a major U.S. commercial airport designated for the specific resort destination selected, family suite hotel accommodations (one suite with maximum occupancy of four people) for two (2) nights at selected Gaylord Hotels resort destination, ground transportation between airport and selected Gaylord Hotels resort, admission to a ShrekFeast interactive character meal, a DreamWorks character meet and greet, a DreamWorks theme scavenger hunt, a DreamWorks theme welcome amenity and $1,000 spending money (awarded in the form of a check). Experiences are subject to availability on date of visit. (ARV: $4,600). Actual value of Grand Prize trip may vary based on final resort destination selected by Grand Prize Winner, Grand Prize Winner's point of departure and arrival, dates of travel, and airfares/resort/ground transportation fees at time of booking. Final resort destination and related available experiences will be at discretion of Sponsor(s). Grand Prize Winner and guests will be responsible for any transportation fees and expenses incurred to get from/to residence to/from selected airport servicing Southwest Airlines. All taxes and other expenses relating to acceptance of Grand Prize including, but not limited to, government/airport taxes, additional ground transfers other than between airport/resort, fuel surcharges, beverages, gratuities, in-room charges, telephone calls, and incidentals) are responsibility of Grand Prize Winner and guests. If Grand Prize Winner resides within a 150 mile radius of selected Gaylord Hotels resort destination, the Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for his/her own transportation(as well as the transportation of his/her guests) to that destination and no compensation for such transportation will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through agent designated by Sponsor(s). Trip must be taken (and completed) by December 30, 2013 or prize will be forfeited. Travel dates are determined and subject to change by the Sponsor(s). Grand Prize Winner will be notified of actual travel dates. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed. The trip may not be combined with any other offer. Certain blackout dates, travel restrictions, government regulations, conditions, and limitations may apply. Any tickets awarded are subject to terms and conditions stated on tickets. Travel, resort, and resort experiences are subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed. Sponsor(s) reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute prize of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. In the event that any experience is unable to take place as planned, for reasons including, but not limited to, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or any other reason, then the remaining components of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor(s)' prize obligation to the Grand Prize Winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded.
