I have been quite happy with Ptel customer service.
BTW, anybody knows if these cards are good forever or do they expire after certain date? I already have 5 months worth of card. Not sure if I should buy more since this promotion is so good.

I chatted with the customer rep about it and he said all the top up are same as the startup card. So it can be used as topup, also you have 60 days to use the airtime card as per the customer rep.
