Shop Your Way Rewards NBA All-Star Shooting Stars Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals who:
(i) are legal residents of the forty eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia,
(ii) are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry,
(iii) are a Bonus Shop Your Way Rewards Member or higher at the time of entry. To become a Shop Your Way Rewards member at no cost, visit http://www.shopyourway
(iv) have not been convicted of any felony or of a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude nor subject to any protective order or restraining order at the time of entry or during the previous twelve months.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in AK, HI and where prohibited.
The Sweepstakes begins on January 19, 2013 at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on February 6, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the "Promotion Period").

As used herein, "Content" refers to all content you submit in connection with the Promotion (e.g., the catalog, tag names, etc.). Content will not be judged.
Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person/Shop Your Way Rewards Member during the Promotion Period.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) trip for two which includes (i) round-trip, coach class air transportation for one (1) winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near winner's hometown within the 48 U.S./D.C. to Houston, Texas, (ii) one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights, (iii) an opportunity for the winner to present the Shooting Stars trophy to the winner, (iv) an opportunity to take photos with Shooting Stars (selection of Shooting Stars in Sponsor's sole discretion), (v) two (2) tickets to events at the Toyota Center during the trip, (vi) one "back of the house" tour of the Toyota Center, (vii) an opportunity to meet an NBA legend (selection of legend in Sponsor's sole discretion), (viii) a gift bag with assorted branded merchandise, and (ix) ground transportation to/from airport and to/from hotel. Approximate retail value of the Prizes is $10,300. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Prize will not be awarded. All prize details not specified in the Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Blackout dates apply; winners can not be chosen from Alaska/Hawaii.
Trip must be taken between February 15, 2013 and February 18, 2013; no alternate travel dates are available.
