Sweepstakes starts on February 3, 2013 at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 13, 2013 at 11:59 P.M. ET.
Open to legal residents of CT, DE, FL, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, VT, WI, and the District of Columbia ("DC") who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Limit one (1) Entry per person per day using only one (1) e-mail address per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
For each Weekly Entry Period's random drawing, one thousand (1,000) First Prize potential winners will be selected from the states of FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, OH, and WI to receive a coupon good for a box of Entenmann's Mini Cakes, and one thousand (1,000) First Prize potential winners will be selected from the states of CT, DE, MA MD, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT and DC to receive randomly either a coupon good for a box of Entenmann's Individually Wrapped Muffins or a coupon good for a box of Entenmann's Mini Cakes. The First Prize winners will not be able to select which of the two types of coupons they will receive. Weekly Grand Prize winners of the Nintendo Wii game console will be selected randomly from all entries received each Weekly Entry Period from all states eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Non-winning entries from one drawing will not carry over to subsequent drawings.
GRAND PRIZES (10) (1 per Weekly Entry Period): A Nintendo Wii game console Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each console is $ 199.99.
FIRST PRIZES (20,000) (2,000 per Weekly Entry Period): A box of Entenmann's Mini Cakes or Individually Wrapped Muffins, awarded in the form of a coupon with a maximum retail value of $4.49 per coupon. ARV is $4.49 each.
First Prize is transferable but is not replaceable if lost or stolen and should not be treated as cash. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for loss, theft, or mutilation of prize. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Face value of coupon is in US dollars. Unauthorized resale will invalidate prize. The total value of a coupon must be redeemed at one (1) transaction. Any unused balance will not be awarded. Coupons must be surrendered at time of redemption. Coupons are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by Sponsor. Coupons expire on July 31, 2013. Coupons may not be used online or in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Valid only in the U.S.A. and are void where prohibited. Total "ARV" of all prizes: $91,799.90. Limit: one (1) prize per household per Weekly Entry Period.
