Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 26, 2013 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 10, 2013.
Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) continental United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the time of entry.
Two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
"Like" the Gazelle.com Facebook page, enter through the Win a new phone! tab - https://www.facebook.co
Follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your name, and email address, a photo upload and details about how you broke your phone, and a brief description of the phone you'd like to win should you be randomly chosen. ONLY users who include a story and/or a photo will be entered to win.
Additional entries: entrants will be granted one (1) additional entry into the sweepstakes for each friend they refer who also enters the contest and shares their story. Entrants are encouraged to come back each week and re-enter the contest for additional chances to win.
Entry via mail: To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, mail an envelope containing the name of the Sweepstakes, your sweepstakes entry answer, your full name, email address, address and telephone number to: Gazelle, Attn: Marketing/Katie Cowie, 25 Thomson Place, Boston MA 02210.
Limit six (6) entries per person, plus any additional entries earned for referring friends, per email, per day, during the Promotion Period.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during each of the six (6) Promotion Periods. The prize drawing will be held on or about April 15, 2013, or at the end of each of the six promotion periods at the Sponsor's discretion. Prize winners will be notified by email, Twitter, telephone and/or USPS mail at the email address, Twitter account, telephone number and/or postal address set forth in the entrant's registration form.
Prizes: Prizes are as set forth below. No prize substitutions may be made except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prizes with prizes of comparable or greater value. Prizes will only be awarded to verified winners. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
• Six (6) phones. One (1) phone per winner. Phone choice is decided by the sweepstakes winners. Phone value cannot exceed $800.
Limit one (1) prize per individual/household during the Promotion Period.
