1. Contest Period: The Fall in Love with Aroma Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on February 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on February 14, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, you can enter the Sweepstakes through the “Fall in Love With Aroma” tab on www.facebook.com/aromahousewares. First, you must “like” the Aroma Housewares Official Facebook page (the “Page”), then you must complete the required entrant information to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing (the “Sweepstakes Entry”). You will also have the opportunity to gain additional Sweepstakes Entries, as described in rule #3 below. By “liking” the Page, you do not receive a Sweepstakes Entry; you must complete the entry form to receive one (1) Entry. All eligible Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on February 14, 2013. Illegible, incomplete, machine duplicated, photocopied and reproduced entries are void. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per Facebook User.
3. How to Obtain Additional Entries via Referring Friends: To obtain an additional Sweepstakes Entry, share the Sweepstakes with friends via a unique link. Then, once one (1) of your friends has subsequently registered for the Sweepstakes using your unique link, you will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes Entry. The opportunity to receive an additional Sweepstakes Entry must be completed by 11:59 p.m. PST on February 14, 2013.
4. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of Entry. Employees of Aroma Housewares Company (the “Sponsor”), their parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information Aroma Housewares Company and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used in the event you are selected as a Sweepstakes winner or if you have indicated that you would like to receive additional information from Aroma Housewares Company.
5. Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 15, 2013 from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. All prizes will be awarded and prize winners will be notified by mail/email. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable.
