The contest opens at 10:00 a.m., Central Daylight Time (CDT), on February 7, 2013, and closes at 5:00 pm, CDT, on February 21, 2013. Each fan may cast only one ballot. When the ballots close, five winners will be randomly selected by the tab. The winners will be contacted immediately after the selection on February 21, 2013.
NO PARTICIPATION REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. To enter by mail, send a letter with your name, email address and phone number to "JOLLY TIME Awards Show Contest, One Fun Place, Sioux City, IA 55108-1300."
