Giveaway commences at 12:00:01 PM (CST) on February 8, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CST) on March 22, 2013.
Only open to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States of America, including the District of Columbia, and Canada, with the exception of residents of Rhode Island and Quebec who are ineligible for this Giveaway. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from the Eligible Entries. The one (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a black 16GB Apple iPad Mini with Wi-Fi capability. The iPad Mini has a retail value of $329.00.
Five (5) Runner-Up Prize Winners will be randomly selected from the Eligible Entries. The Five (5) runners-up will receive one (1) Knook Beginner Set, (1) Knook Expanded Begginner Set, (1) Knook Beginner Set for Kids and six (6) Knook Books.
The Knook Beginner Set includes three (3) sizes of Knooks, three (3) cords, and a thirty-two (32) page pocket-size instruction book featuring step-by-step beginner instructions and four (4) beginner patterns. The Knook Set has a retail value of $9.95. The Knook Books include "Urban Hats Made with the Knook", "Simple Scarves Made with the Knook", "Dishcloths Made with the Knook", "Baby Beanies Made with the Knook", "Baby Blankets Made with the Knook", and "Learn to Knook Book".
