The MOD Awards Season Giveaway Sweepstakes, presented by iN DEMAND, L.L.C. (the "Sweepstakes") begins on Friday, February 8, 2013 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Friday, March 7, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

To enter the Sweepstakes, you must, at the time of entry, be a lawful, permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, be 18 years of age or older, and be physically located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Sweepstakes is void in all areas outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law.

NOTE: In one calendar day, limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address. Please note that for entrants in a time zone other than Eastern Standard Time, there is a limit of one (1) entry within a 24-hour period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

At the end of each week during the Promotion Period, one (1) prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during that week. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, a week is defined as 12:00 AM ET Friday – 11:59:59 PM ET Thursday. The four (4) potential prize winner(s) will be notified at the end of the Promotion Period by telephone and/or mail and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry.

Four (4) Grand Prizes are available. Prize consists of a 16GB mini tablet computer. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $329.
