PRIZES: One (1) winner will receive Round trip airfare for a winner and guest, three night stay at the MGM Grand Las Vegas, two tickets to the ACM award show on April 7, 2013, ground transportation in Las Vegas, 2 pairs of Justin non-exotic boots, 2 pairs of wrangler jeans, etc. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all valid entries received. Prizes are not redeemable/exchangeable. No prize transfers. No substitutions are allowed, except that prizes are subject to availability and Sheplers reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. All decisions made by Sheplers are final. Maximum retail value = $10,000.
