PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES: (one [1] "Grand Prize" will be awarded): The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip ("Trip") for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion to New York, NY ("NYC") during the specific dates of May 18, 2013 – May 20, 2013. The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip ("R/T") economy class airfare for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport within the Eligibility Area, nearest the winner's hometown to a NYC-area airport selected by Sponsor, (ii) R/T airport/hotel ground transfers in NYC, (iii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a NYC-area hotel selected by the Sponsor, (iv) and (v) admission for two (2) to the live finale of The Apprentice currently scheduled to take place on May 19, 2013 ("Event"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,000.

WEEK #1 SWEEPSTAKES – (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #1 prize consists of Trace Adkins autographed Nocona Boots. ARV: $510.



WEEK #2 SWEEPSTAKES – (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #2 prize consists of a 1-year supply of Trace Adkins Sausage (awarded as 12 1-lb packages sent at one time). ARV: $60.

WEEK #3 SWEEPSTAKES – (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #3 prize consists of a Trace Adkins autographed Comic Book (title(s) selected at sole discretion of Sponsor) ARV: $10.

WEEK #4 SWEEPSTAKES – (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #4 prize consists of a Trace Adkins autographed hat. ARV: $50.

WEEK #5 SWEEPSTAKES - (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #5 prize consists of a Trace Adkins autographed guitar. ARV: $150

WEEK #6 SWEEPSTAKES – (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #6 prize consists of a T-shirt (size determined at sole discretion of Sponsor) and autographed Trace Adkins poster and CD). ARV: $50.

The total ARV of all Weekly Sweepstakes prizes available to be awarded in the Promotion is $830. The total of all prizes available to be won in this Promotion is $2,830
