How To Enter:
Entry may be accomplished by visiting the DISH Hindi TV page located at www.facebook.com/DISH/GetDISHHindiTV and clicking on the "Like Now to Play" button. Once a participant has "liked" the page, the participant must then click "Play Now" and then proceed with the authentication process. After the participant authenticates, the game will begin. The participant is limited to three (3) initial entries. Each day the participant visits the application site, the participant can receive one (1) additional entry. A participant may also earn additional entries by inviting friends to play. For every five (5) friends invited by the Participant, Participant will be awarded one (1) additional entry with a limit of five (5) additional entries per day.


Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Operator if you change your e-mail address ("Address").


"Entry" shall mean and refer to each instance when a participant plays the game.

Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly determined by the application and notified immediately by the application if they have been selected as a winner. Each day the application will randomly select the six times (the "Winning Time"). The participant that plays the application first after the Winning Time will be selected as a winner. If no participant plays the application before the next Winning Time occurs, no winner will be selected for that prize. Decisions of judges are final. Potential Prize Winners will receive an email within five days with the prize notification. If prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, if Potential Prize Winner does not accept prize, or if Potential Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Winner, time permitting. Odds of winning are dependent on the time of Entry and the number of participants.

Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Publicity Rights: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use a Winner's name, town and state, voice and likeness and any and all identifying characteristics including, but not limited to, the taking of photographs and/or videos by Administrator's photographer/videographer for publicity purposes, in perpetuity, without further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law and Winner agrees to execute any and all documents requested by Administrator to convey such rights to own all the results thereof. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Administrator to make use of any of the rights granted herein and Winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use of any and every nature and kind.


Limitations of Liability: he Administrator is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction nor unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry materials by Administrator or Administrator on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Any person attempting to damage any website, defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for any prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
