Sweepstakes begins on January 24, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 28, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Sweepstakes through the "Application" on the Lindt Chocolate USA page on Facebook (http://www.facebook.co
Entry Pools:
a) Entry Pool 1 - Online: If you entered the Sweepstakes directly through the Application, as explained above, then you will be entered into the Entry Pool 1 Grand Prize Drawing.
b) Entry Pool 2 - QR code (Winn-Dixie or BI-LO location): If you scanned a QR code located in either a Winn-Dixie or BI-LO location using your smart phone or web-enabled mobile device, you will be entered into the Entry Pool 2 Grand Prize Drawing. Once you scan the QR code, you will be redirected to the Application to enter as explained above.
c) Entry Pool 3 - QR code (Publix location): If you scanned a QR code located in a Publix location using your smart phone or web-enabled mobile device and entered the Sweepstakes as explained above, you will be entered into the Entry Pool 3 Grand Prize Drawing.
Limit: Regardless of method of entry, you may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) per Entry Pool): A trip for two (2) to Miami, FL. Trip package includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Miami, FL; two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); and two (2) admission tickets to the 2013 Sony Ericsson Open (terms and conditions apply, seating location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
Winner must be available to travel on the dates of March 22, 2013 through March 24, 2013 or prize will be forfeited. Travel must be round-trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,000.
TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: A prize package which includes LINDOR truffles for a year (awarded as LINDOR truffles that will be shipped to each winner as a one-time shipment (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $181.50.
FIFTY (50) SECOND PRIZES: A package of LINDOR truffles (5.1 oz.). ARV: $3.99.
Limit: one (1) of each prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $9,562.50.
