As usual with camel, some redemption problems are occuring, here's some tips.
If you win enter your birth date like this : 02072012
Do NOT enter like this : 02/07/2012

NOTE: Some users who attempt to redeem a win immediately are seeing an empty yellow bar on the up2uRewards site. If this happens, try again after an hour or two.
Also, another issue if you are getting a yellow bar or nothing is showing up is that your information is not matching. Go back and check your Camel.com information. You MUST match this information EXACTLY. That means name, address, zip code, etc. must all match exactly (except password, that can be different). You can try again if you get the yellow bar or nothing shows up when you log in if you go back to your camel profile and click Register Now for the e-card site. Then enter your password as the same one that you just put in when the yellow bar appeared and fix the rest of the information. I hope this makes sense.
NOTE: Visa GC's start with a 4, MasterCard starts with a 5
VIRTUAL CARD ISSUES AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
1) Virtual cards not generating/ yellow bar showing up after entering all info. Possible solution : try again in 2-24hrs
2) Virtual card generated, however shows a zero balance. Possible solution: Write them @[email protected], check balance daily, balance usually shows up in 24-144 hrs after acknowledgement letter below.

Possible solution: Use a different exp date 6/2013 instead of 7/2013. Purchased an Amazon GC $48.60/ Charged $49.89. Bal left on card 0.11 Please Rep Gingerpye23
4) Virtual card does not generate successfully, meaning the number does not appear to check the card balance??. Possible solution: ???
File a BBB complaint against UP2U for skimming foreign transaction fees from the value of your card.
