ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE, DRAWING & ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in an electronic, randomized drawing conducted on or about May 20, 2013, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
• GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) Vespa Scooter* (model, color & other specifics to be determined by Sponsor). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $3,300.00.
*M Class License may be required to operate the prize vehicle.
SWEEPSTAKES WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Sweepstakes winners will receive prize notification via email and/or phone call, within three (3) days of the drawing date or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable. The potential winner will be sent via email and/or overnight mail an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and an IRS W9 Form. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Realtime Media within ten (10) days of date of issuance. The potential winner then and only then becomes the "winner." If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing.
PRIZE AWARDING: No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prize, transfer or assignment of prize (or portion thereof) permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prizes will only be awarded upon potential winners' confirmation, verification and final approval by Sponsor. Prize will be sent to the address provided within 6 to 8 weeks of the end of the Promotion Period. If Potential Winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible; if the Prize Notification is returned undeliverable; or if Potential Winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules or provide their mailing address within the specified timeframe, he/she will forfeit that prize and the prize may be awarded to an alternate Winner as selected by the Sponsor and the Promotion Entities. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners grant the Promotion Entities the right to use and publish winner's proper name, image, likeness and State of residence online in connection with the Promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any potential winner, the potential winner will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of Entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry. If, in Sponsor's sole determination, a dispute cannot be resolved, the Entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete garbled or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.
DISQUALIFICATION: Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by Sponsor and the Promotion Entities, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in the Promotion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
