http://campaigns.sonymobile.com/smart-challenge/
Official Rules [sonymobile.com]
To enter, you (“You” or “Participant”) need to register for the Competition via a technical solution provided by Sony Mobile, here referred to as the “Sony smartphone account”. Each Participant must:
Be a minimum age of 18 at the date on submitting an entry (“Entry”);
Provide all of the required registration details as required by the Application.
This Competition is without any obligation to make a purchase for entry.
Notice to US residents:
Residents of Puerto Rico are excluded from entering.
Alternate Method of Entry: To enter to win without completing the actions, mail a sheet of paper or business card with your name, address, phone number and electronic mail address to [US Address, Attn-Xperia Smart Challenge, Sony Mobile Communications, 3333 Piedmont Road NE STE 600 Atlanta, GA]. Each mailed entry will count as one (1) entry into the Competition. Entries must be postmarked during the Competition period and received not more than seven (7) days later. Limit one (1) entry per person. Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, invalid, or illegible entries, which will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Promoter and none will be returned.
Gameplay Description Desktop PC Version
Gameplay instructions can also be found in the "How to Play” section of the game. To play the desktop version of the game, users need to register (see section 1 above). Players of the game (Participants) are required to find Xperia devices that have been “hidden” within a Gigapixel Image in order to qualify for a weekly prize category (see section 10). In order to have a chance of winning a prize depending on the achieved prize category, chosen Participants (in the following referred to as “Weekly Prize Contestants”) will subsequently be invited to answer a creative question about Sony Xperia products. To find the hidden Xperia devices, Participants can navigate the Gigapixel Image and zoom to see more details. Some hidden Xperia devices might only be partially visible but will be recognizable even if not fully visible. None of the hidden Xperia devices will be invisible to the Participant. If a Participant finds a hidden Xperia device, he or she has to click on it for it to count towards the Participant’s score (See section 9). Participants are free to play the game as often as they want. The best Score achieved by each Participant per session will be stored by the system and determine the Participant’s current prize category. Every week, there will be an additional Gigapixel Image search (“Scenario”) with its own weekly score calculation, in which Participants can search for Xperia devices and determine their prize category. Participants can search Gigapixel Images from past weeks at any time, as long as the Competition for the Grand Prize is running, but searching past-week Gigapixel images will no longer contribute to a score. Only the current week scenario is relevant for weekly scoring calculations and prize category determination. Within each Gigapixel Image, 30 Xperia devices will be hidden. After a weekly scenario is finished (see timings in section 10), 10 Participants out of each prize category will be randomly selected to be Weekly Prize Contestants and notified via email. These Weekly Prize Contestants will be invited to submit an answer to a creative question about Sony Mobile Xperia products by typing an answer into a dedicated form in the game. The submitted answers will be reviewed by a jury and the final winner in each weekly prize category will be chosen by this jury based on the criteria of originality and creativity. The jury will consist of three judges appointed by the Promoter. The jury’s decision is final and binding.
Weekly Competition Scenarios
Every week there will be a new Competition Scenario in which Participants can search for Xperia devices and therefore determine their prize category. Every Competition Scenario has its own scoring system (See section 9) and comes with its own prizes (See section 10).
Only one (1) Entry in the Competition per registered Participant will be accepted.
Prizes
During the Competition, which lasts for 5 weeks, Participants have the chance to win weekly prizes. At the end of the Competition, all participants have the chance to win the “Grand Prize”.
Weekly Prizes
Every week, there are 3 prizes (“weekly prizes”) to be won. Participants have the chance to win those prizes if they qualify for the related prize category by finding certain amounts of hidden Xperia devices within the Competition Scenario of the week. Out of all qualified participants in a prize category, a random selection of 10 Participants will be chosen as Weekly Prize Contestants and offered the chance to answer a creative question about an Xperia product after the Competition Scenario of the week. The most creative answer, as judged by a jury, will win. The jury will consist of three judges appointed by the Promoter. The jury’s decision is final and binding
These 3 weekly prize categories are defined as follows:

Prize category 2 (Silver): Participants who have found at least 60% of Xperia devices hidden in the Competition Scenario of the week have the chance to win the prize of the category 2 (Silver) of this Scenario. Out of all qualified Participants in this prize category, a random selection of 10 Participants will be chosen as Weekly Prize Contestants and offered the chance to answer a creative question about a Sony Mobile Xperia product after the Competition Scenario of the week. The most creative answer, as judged by a jury, will win.
