Jack Link's Beef Jerky $5,000 "Squatch This T-Shirt" Contest - 5/5/13 (Facebook)

The contest is in the voting stage, so you can't submit a t-shirt entry but you can vote
daily until 4/29. When you vote you have a chance to instantly win either a $25 iTunes GC
or a 20 pack of the new Squatch sticks.

Eligibility: Squatch This (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50)
United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the
time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for the purpose of entering this
Promotion.

Timing: The Promotion begins on March 15, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and
ends on May 5, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of
five (5) phases as set forth in the chart below.

How to Enter: During the Submission Phase, visit the Jack Link's Beef Jerky Facebook
page (www.facebook.com/Jacklinksbeefjerky) and click on the "Squatch This" application. If
you do not already "like" the Jack Link's Beef Jerky Facebook page, you must first click on
the "like" button in order to access the application. Once you enter the application,
following the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a
valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You will then automatically receive one
(1) Instant Win Game play for that day. To play the Instant Win Game, follow the links and
instructions and Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of
the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are
subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Then follow the links and
instructions to design and submit a t-shirt to represent the new Squatch beef jerky

Limit: Each entrant may create one (1) Submission per day during the Submission Phase
and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play per day during the Submission Phase and the
Voting Phase.

Winner Determination:

a. There will be three hundred (300) random, computer-generated winning times during
the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after
one of the randomly-generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize
indicated.

b. Contest: The Contest winners will be determined through the process outlined below:

i. Judging Phase: During the Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the five (5) entrants with the highest
scoring Submissions (the "Finalists"), from among all eligible Submissions, based on
the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):

Creativity/Originality (30%);
Quality of Submission (30%); and
Fit to Contest Theme (40%)

In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the highest score for
the Fit to Contest Theme, as determined by the qualified judges, will be deemed the
Finalist. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than five (5) Finalists, if, in its
sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified
Submissions.

ii. Voting Phase: During the Voting Phase, the Finalists' Submissions will be posted
in an online gallery for public voting at www.facebook.com/Jacklinksbeefjerky.

Persons who meet the eligibility criteria as set forth in Section 1, will be invited to
vote for the Submission they believe is best.

After you vote, you will automatically receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day.

To play the Instant Win Game, follow the links and instructions and Instant Win Game
results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be
provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before
any prize will be awarded.

Limit: Each person may vote one (1) time per day and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase.

Prizes:

a. Instant Win Game:

FIFTY (50) INSTANT WIN GAME FIRST PRIZES: A $25 iTunes gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $25.

TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (250) INSTANT WIN GAME SECOND PRIZES: A Squatch Stick Prize Pack. 20 count Original 1oz SQUATCH Sticks. ARV: $25.

Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person. Total ARV of Instant Win Game Prizes: $7,500.

b. Contest:

ONE (1) CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: $5,000 awarded in the form of a check in winner's name and the winner's T-shirt design will be produced and sold on JackLinks.com. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000.

FIVE (5) FINALIST PRIZES: One set of Beats by Dre headphones. ARV: $299.99.

Total ARV of Contest Prizes: $6,499.95.
