Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on April 3, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 26, 2013.

Complete the three (3) question quiz; complete and submit the entry form. After taking the quiz and entering once, you may return to the tab on subsequent days during the Sweepstakes Period and submit an entry using the "Quick Sign In" button on the Facebook tab.
Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Sweepstakes is comprised of twelve (12) separate Weekly Entry Periods. Each Weekly Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET the following Tuesday. Non-winning entries will not be included among the entries for subsequent Weekly Entry Periods.
A random drawing will be held on or about the Friday immediately following the conclusion of a Weekly Entry Period from all valid entries received during that Weekly Entry Period.
PRIZES: Prizes will be awarded on a weekly basis and outlined below:

Week 12 - "Mudder Tough" (6/19-6/26): Four (4) participant passes to any 2013 US Tough Mudder® Event, and one (1) $100 Under Armour® gift card (ARV: $585). Transportation, lodging, food and other expenses not included. Note: if selected prize winner is unable to attend a 2013 US Tough Mudder event, the prize winner will receive a $585 Under Armour Gift card in complete fulfillment of the prize.
