Open to legal U.S. residents who reside in a serviceable area of Time Warner Cable or Insight Communications and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV, or WI and 18 years of age or older.

Prizes:
One GrandPrize is available: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to attend the 2013 MTV Video Music awards on August 25th 2013 in New York, NY, from August 23, 2013 through August 26, 2013. Trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation from a major U.S. Gateway airport nearest winner's residence to Los Angeles; standard hotel accommodations [one (1) room, double occupancy] for four (4) days and three (3) nights, two (2) tickets to the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards; and access to Sponsor-specified events at the MTV Video Music Awards. The total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $3,800 depending on the winner's residence.
Two (2) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive a 16GB iPad Mini and a $175.00 iTunes gift card. The ARV of each First Prize is $500.00.
Five (5) Second Prizes are available: Each Second Prize winner will receive a $100.00 American Express gift card. The ARV of each Second Prize is $100.00.
