If you do not have a Fandango theater in your area, you can redeem the code for a prepaid Visa card. Please follow these steps:

1. Visit www.Fandango.com/promo/SpecialVIP and enter in your Zip Code/City Name.

2. If there are no Fandango theaters in your area, you will have two options.

Option 1 - Try another location.
Option 2 - Select to receive a Visa Prepaid card

3. Enter in your address and your Visa prepaid card will be mailed to you.

well. I had to pay 50 cents. IMAX = 14.00. Fandango convenience fee= 2.00. So I had to pay 0.50 for the difference

Can you take the visa prepaid card, even if there is fandango theaters in your are? I have an unused AMC $50 gift card I have been needing use for going to see Star Trek.. So the prepaid visa could be used for something else.
