Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 17, 2013 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2013.
Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C., who has the age of majority in his or her state of residence at the time of entry.
TWO WAYS TO ENTER:
Participants can enter by visiting www.powertothep
Participants can enter by utilizing a smart phone to scan the QR code which can be found on Pilot Pen packaging and on the Sponsor's printed communication and media vehicles during the Promotion Period. Once a participant scans the code they will be directed to a mobile version of the Website which will include links and instructions to complete the online Sweepstakes registration form.
Limit ONE (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
All prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing by the Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The drawing will be completed on or about August 10, 2013. Each winner will be notified by telephone and/or USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor's choice.
PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize, five (5) First Prizes, and ten (10) 2nd Prizes awarded.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received. The winner and a guest will receive a 3day/2night trip to the New York Fashion Week in New York City ("Location"). The prize package includes:
(a) two (2) roundtrip standard economy airfare tickets from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the winner's primary residence to the Location, as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Location),
(b) standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights,
(c) $2,500 Shopping Spree,
(d) 2 event tickets to 2 New York Fashion Week events by sponsor (collectively the "Events"), and a
(e) $650 travel stipend to cover food, and miscellaneous expenses.
The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the total prize package is $7,100. Travel companion must be 18 years of age or older. Winner and traveling companion must travel on same itinerary. If selected prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified, tentatively scheduled for dates between September 6th, 2013 — September 11th, 2013, the selected prize winner will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be selected.
First Prize winners will receive a year supply of Pilot Pens (ARV $200).
Second Prize winners will receive a 3-month Birchbox Subscription (ARV $30) plus a $100 shopping spree (Total ARV $130).
Total Prize Pool ARV is $9,400.
