OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (THE "ELIGIBILITY AREA"), EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF THEIR ENTRY.
