on the Facebook Platform; collectively, the "Website") during the Promotion Period and follow the on-screen
directions to authorize the Dial It Back Application and complete the registration form displayed by the Website,
then click "submit."
For any entry to be valid, you must include and/or provide all information required by the
registration form, and all information you submit must be complete, truthful, and accurate. Limit one (1) entry per
person per day for the Instant Win Drawing; limit one (1) entry per person per day for the Grand Prize Drawing.
Each valid entry submitted and received by Sponsor will be counted as both (i) one (1) entry into the Instant Win
Drawing for the day on which the entry is submitted and (ii) one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.
PRIZE DRAWING:
Grand Prize Drawing: One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries in the
Grand Prize Drawing on or around August 14, 2013. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible
entries received.
Instant Win Drawing: For each of the 2,600 possible Instant Win Prizes (described below), a randomly assigned
time will be chosen as the winning time. The entrant who first submits a valid and eligible entry on or
immediately after the randomly pre-assigned winning time will be the potential winner of the Instant Win Prize assigned to that winning time. Should the first entrant be ineligible for any reason, the next entrant
chronologically will be the potential winner. Odds of winning any particular prize will depend on the number of
entries received, the times your entry and the others' entries are received, and the prize assigned to the relevant
randomly chosen winning time.
All winners subject to verification.
PRIZES:
Grand Prize: The one (1) verified Grand Prize Drawing winner will receive: two (2) tickets to Miami
International Airport from the airport closet to the Grand Prize Drawing winner's home address (as determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion); a five day/four night stay in a luxury room (selected by Sponsor in its sole
discretion) at the Cheeca Lodge Islamorada; and $5,675 (form of cash award to be in Sponsor's sole discretion
and may include a check, a pre-paid card, or another form) for use for expenses (e.g., travel, car rental, and taxes).
Approximate Retail Value: $9,925.00
Tickets are subject to all terms of use and conditions imposed by issuer. Flight and hotel stay must take place on
or before December 31, 2014. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent (or as otherwise
instructed by Sponsor). Any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically
provided herein (such as security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and transportation, and incidental charges)
are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Drawing winner and/or his or her travel guest. Ground transportation
may be provided in lieu of air transportation if Grand Prize Drawing winner resides within a 100 mile radius of
destination, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in value. Grand Prize Drawing
winner and travel companion must possess and show valid travel documents, prior to departure (e.g. valid driver's
license, or other acceptable government-issued identification). Grand Prize Drawing winner and travel companion
must travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize Drawing winner's travel guest must be eighteen (18) years of age
or older. Travel companion, or in the event of a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal
guardian, must sign a Release of Liability/Publicity prior to ticketing. Once airline tickets have been ticketed, no
changes by Grand Prize Drawing winner will be permitted. Sponsor will determine airline, airports, flight
itinerary, and hotel in its sole discretion. Travel and accommodation restrictions, conditions, and limitations may
apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets or travel vouchers.
Instant Win Prize: Each verified Instant Win Drawing winner will receive either
(a) one (1) pair of Sony Noise Canceling On-Ear Headphones (ARV: $50.00) (each, a "Pair of
Headphones"); or
(b) one (1) coupon for one free 6-pack of Fruit20 water beverages that is redeemable at participating grocery,
Walmart, and Mass store locations up to a $4.00 retail value (each, a "Coupon").
The specific prize the winner will receive will be pre-assigned by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and entrants will
not have a choice between the prizes. For the entire Sweepstakes, there are a total of 2,600 potential Instant Win
Prizes as follows: one hundred (100) Pairs of Headphones and two thousand five-hundred (2,500) Coupons. The
total approximate retail value for all Instant Win Prizes in Sweepstakes is $15,000.00.
Terms for All Prizes: Prizes are awarded "AS IS." Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates make or offer any
warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize. Prizes are subject to the terms,
conditions, and restrictions established by the issuer, manufacturer, distributor, retailer, and/or provider. Prize
details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor's
sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other
costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of each winner. If by reason or printing or other
error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will
be held to award the advertised number of prizes in the relevant category. Under no circumstances will more than
the advertised number of prizes be awarded. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored by or otherwise affiliated with
Sony or Cheeca Lodge Islamorada.
NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by available phone number or mail/email address, as determined
solely by Sponsor. To claim any prize, Sponsor may require winners (and travel guests, if any) to complete, sign,
and return documents certifying your eligibility and compliance, a release of liability, a publicity release, and
other applicable documents, which may require you (and your travel guest) to provide identifying information
(including a social security number), postmarked within seven (7) days of the date on the notification. At
Sponsor's discretion, winners may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to
claim any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. If a
potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the prize, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and
return any required forms, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be
selected from other potential winners and/or by random draw from all remaining eligible entries.
PUBLICITY & MARKETING: Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner's
name, voice, statements, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further
compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. Submission of contact information in connection with this
Sweepstakes (whether or not required), including mailing address, phone number, and email address during entry
constitutes permission for Sponsor to add entrant to Sponsor's customer database and to contact entrant in the
future for promotional and other reasons. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in
Sponsor's Privacy Policy (located at www.veryfine.co
(e.g., using the "Unsubscribe" feature provided in the footer of Sponsor's emails).
NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates is responsible for and
entrants release both from any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error)
which may either limit the entrant's ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this
Sweepstakes, or Sponsor's ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential
winners, or otherwise execute this Sweepstakes in the manner intended. Entrants further release and agree to
indemnify Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever
arising from injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with this
