I've collected some from bins and what not and yes I also get MCR's and Kelloggs and other stuff while there too, but I keep all those to use. The time you have to use those is a lot longer than the time you have to use the Iconics.
Unless you actually buy the soda and twist the cap and enter the code then yes there's some level of risk, although I'd say it's pretty small here. Same with Fandango or other Movie codes for example. They also say they are not to be traded/bought/sold but they are all the time and there's nothing they do about it.
They're not gonna care about people cheating/buying/selling/trading for beach towels and t shirts..if it was like 50 ipods for 1 person than yeah but they limit that. Plus I don't think they'd care to take the time and effort to go through what is probably tens of thousands accounts to see what codes were entered and we're not even sure if they have the capability to tell the difference between codes that came from caps or codes that came from email. They could have easily put measures in place to stop that before it started if they wanted to.
Here's 10 codes to whoever wants them. rich_65 you shouldn't use any of these because it says in the rules that you cannot trade, buy, sell, or whatever (like they'd actually be able to find out if you personally bought the soda or not). Plus you don't know if the money that was used to buy these came from drug money, terroristic activities, and whatnot. Note to the CIA- Please don't come raid my house because I "hit" one of your keywords.
