Sweepstakes begins at noon Pacific Time (PT) on May 13, 2013 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on June 30, 2013.
Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States or District of Columbia at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
Three (3) ways to enter this Giveaway: (1) via iPhone or Android Mobile Device or (2) via website or (3) via U.S. Mail.
Via Mobile: To enter via Mobile, you must first download the Shazam application on your supported mobile device. You may do so by visiting www.shazam.com using your mobile device. Click on the "Get Shazam" link and follow the instructions to complete the download of the Shazam Application to your mobile device. Once you have downloaded the Shazam application to your supported mobile device, you will be entered in the Giveaway when you do the following: Successfully use your Shazam application to recognize the broadcast Dodge commercial with the Shazam call to action during the Promotion Period. Once you have successfully used your Shazam application as described above, you will receive a direct link to a promotional landing page and opportunity to enter the Giveaway. Then click through to the Registration Page, where you will be asked to provide your first and last name, email address, mobile telephone number and agree to the Official Rules. When you complete and submit your Registration Form during the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) Entry in the Giveaway. Box 826, Plainview, NY 11803-0826. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 1 2013 and received by July 6, 2013 in order to be eligible. Limit one entry per outer envelope.
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing held at or about noon PT on July 2, 2013 by Tenthwave from among all eligible entries received. Potential Grand Prize winner will be sent notice by email and/or overnight or U.S. mail on or about July 2, 2013.
One (1) Grand Prize: A 2013 Dodge® Dart GT Automobile (maximum MSRP value of $25,000) plus $5,000 cash. Total Approximate Retail Value: $30,000.
Grand Prize Winner must have proof of valid insurance and a valid driver's license in their state or place of residence in order to take delivery of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for title/license/registration/dealer prep/insurance/taxes/any other costs associated with delivery of this prize. Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notification that the vehicle is available at a Dodge dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to the Grand Prize Winner's residence or the Grand Prize may be forfeited.
