The Promotion starts on May 31, 2013 at 5:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM ET

open only to eligible legal United States and District of Columbia residents who at the time of registration are: (i) physically located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and (ii) at least thirteen (13) years of age

An Entrant is limited to entering a maximum of three (3) Codes (regardless of the type of Code submitted) per day during the Promotion Period. An Entrant is limited to receiving ten (10) total Game Plays per day during the Promotion Period. For example, an Entrant may enter three (3) Codes and take seven (7) Actions (by following the instructions below) to receive ten (10) Game Plays in one day. In the event that a household enters the Promotion using more than five (5) unique e-mail addresses, all of the Game Plays associated with that household (determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion) will be disqualified.

How to Obtain a Code:

Code Type Description

Product Code
During the Promotion Period, purchase any specially marked
product, while supplies last, from a participating SUBWAY®
restaurant to obtain a Code. Participating products include, but are
not limited to, specially marked 30 o.z. cups and specially marked
sub wrappers when adding avocado to a sub, while supplies last.
A Product Code may be used to play the Game and advance the
Entrant to the next Prize Level. Each Product Code may only be
used once.

Complimentary
Code
To obtain a complimentary Code for free between May 31, 2013
and July 17, 2013, an Entrant should legibly write his/her complete
name, complete street address and valid email address on a
properly stamped 3½" x 5" postal card and mail it, postmarked no
later than July 19, 2013, to: SUBWAY® Restaurants Partner Up and
You Could Win, Complimentary Code Request c/o PrizeLogic, P.O.
Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325, and three (3) Codes will
be emailed back to the Entrant, which the Entrant may use to play
the Game during the Promotion Period. REGARDLESS OF WHEN
CODES ARE EMAILED BACK, A PARTICIPANT MAY NOT 3
ENTER OR USE THE CODES BEFORE May 31, 2013. NOTE:
Mail-in requests that are sent in an envelope rather than being
written and sent on a properly stamped 3½"x 5" postal card will not
be processed and will not be eligible to receive Complimentary
Codes. Limit one (1) mail-in request per Entrant/household per day.
To obtain a Code for free beginning 12:00:00 AM (start of day) ET
on July 18, 2013 through July 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM ET, an
Entrant should click here (or visit the Website, click on the link to
the Official Rules and click here) and follow the on-screen
instructions to request a Code and three (3) Complimentary Codes
will be emailed back to the Entrant from the Administrator,
PrizeLogic. Limit one (1) request per Entrant per day.
Each Complimentary Code is valid for one (1) Game Play
throughout the Promotion Period. A Complimentary Code may be
used to play the Game and advance the Entrant to the next Prize
Level. Each Complimentary Code may only be used once.

Common Code
Various Common Codes may be made available during the
Promotion Period. For example, the Sponsor may post a Common
Code on popular social media sites or in an advertisement of any
kind.
A Common Code may only be used to play the Game. A Common
Code will not advance the Entrant to the next Prize Level. Each
Common Code may only be used once per Entrant/e-mail address
during the entire Promotion Period.

Prize Levels: The first Product Code, Complimentary Code, or Common Code an Entrant
submits makes the Entrant eligible to play for a Level 1 Game Prize. Each subsequent
Product Code or Complimentary Code submitted allows the Entrant the opportunity to
advance and play for the next higher level Game prizes. A Common Code or Game Play
received by taking an Action will not advance the Entrant to the next Prize Level.

Level 1: The first time an Entrant plays the Game, the Entrant may submit any Code to
be eligible to play for a Level 1 Game Prize.

Level 2: If an Entrant is at Level 1 and either submits a Product Code or Complimentary
Code, the Entrant will move up to Level 2 and be eligible to play for Level 1 and Level 2
Game Prizes.

Level 3: If an Entrant is at Level 2 and submits a Product Code or Complimentary Code,
the Entrant will be eligible to play for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Game Prizes.
Once an Entrant reaches Level 2 or Level 3, the Entrant will be eligible to play at that Level on subsequent Game Plays using a Product Code, Complimentary Code, Common Code, or a Game Play received by taking an Action

OFFER: Each eligible Entrant who receives a Game Play will receive an opportunity to
download one (1) track from the album inspired by Disney's® The Lone Ranger (selected
by Sponsor in its sole discretion) or such other track as Disney may designate as a
substitute. The music download offer expires on September 15, 2013. There will be
approximately 20,000,000 music downloads available, but only one music download per
