The Instant Win Sweepstakes and the Grand Prize Sweepstakes will hereinafter collectively be referred to as the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes commences at 12:00 PM ET on June 3, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 28, 2013.
Open to persons legally residing and physically located within, one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry.
"Like" the CableMover facebook page, enter/play through the Make Our Move tab - https://www.facebook.co
Cast a vote for one of the two city options posted where you believe the featured "couple" should move to. Casting a vote will automatically allow the Sweepstakes application and enter entrant into the Instant Win Sweepstakes. Entrant will be notified automatically on screen if they have won an Instant Win Prize (hereinafter defined). Entrant will then have the option of entering the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, regardless of whether they have won an Instant Win Prize.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per day for the Instant Win Sweepstakes and for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
The following Instant Win Prizes are available to be won:
Total ARV of all of the Instant Win Prizes available to be won is $669.30.
Entry Periods and Drawing Dates for Weekly Prizes and Grand Prize: Four (4) Weekly Prize Winners will be randomly selected in separate drawings as specified below for a total of four (4) Weekly Prize Winners. Each weekly drawing will include entries received up to the end of the last day of the applicable prior weekly entry period. All entries not selected during any one weekly drawing will remain in the pool of entries for any subsequent weekly drawings during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries not selected during any Weekly Prize Drawing will remain in the pool of entries for the Grand Prize Drawing.
Administrator will attempt to contact the potential Winners via the telephone number provided at time of entry for Weekly and Grand Prize Winners, or provided by entrants when notified of being an Instant Prize Winner. By entering the Sweepstakes the entrant hereby grants permission to be contacted via telephone. No messages will be left on answering machines or voicemail systems. If a potential Winner cannot be reached directly and/or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining applicable Grand Prize Sweepstakes Eligible Entries or Instant Win Sweepstakes Eligible Entries as applicable.
Weekly Prizes: Each of the four (4) Weekly Prize Winners will receive one (1) $25 pre-paid Visa gift card (Subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card and redeemable wherever Visa is accepted). The total ARV of all of the Weekly Prizes is $100. There is a limit of one (1) Weekly Prize (hereinafter defined) per person for this Sweepstakes.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive 32" smart HDTV, with an ARV of $350.
Total ARV of all of the Prizes is $1,119.30.
Second Drawing for Instant Win Prizes: If any Instant Win Prizes are not awarded by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, a second drawing will be conducted by Administrator on or about August 23, 2013 from among all non-winning Instant Win Sweepstakes Eligible Entries in order to award any unclaimed Prizes, ("Second Drawing"). Instant Win Prizes unclaimed after the Second Drawing will go un-awarded.
