Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 A.M. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on June 10, 2013 and ends at 11:59 P.M. PST on June 17, 2013
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, have an internet connection, and either 1.) have a Facebook account and "Like" SquareTrade on Facebook or 2.) have a Twitter account, and "Follow" SquareTrade on Twitter.
You may enter by using one (1) of the two (2) following methods (if you use both methods, only one (1) of your entries will be entered in the Sweepstakes and the other entry will be deemed ineligible):
Sweepstakes Entry Method #1: "Like" the SquareTrade facebook page, enter through the Win an iPad tab - https://www.facebook.co
Complete the Sweepstakes entry form by providing all required information and submit your entry according to the directions on the screen. Finally, you must submit a photo of your pet next to a description of how they broke or damaged a specific device ("Fido decided that my smartphone looked like a stuffed toy and thought it was fair game to devour.") ("Breakage Story").

Sweepstakes Entry Method #2: Send @SquareTrade [twitter.com] a tweet about your pet damaging a device with hashtag #PetConfessions ("Breakage Tweet")
Only one (1) entry per natural person.
On or about June 17, 2013 ("Drawing Date"), one (1) Entrant will be selected in a random drawing by a representative of Sponsor from among all eligible entries received to determine one (1) potential winner ("Selected Entrant"). The Sponsor will attempt to notify the Selected Entrant via phone or email in Sponsor's discretion within one (1) day of the drawing. If the Selected Entrant cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours after the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate Entrant as the winner, drawn at random from the remaining entries.
Prize: If eligible under these Official Rules, one (1) Selected Entrant will receive the following prize: One (1) Black Apple® iPad® 3 16 GB (Wifi only) and SquareTrade 2-year Protection Plan. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of prize: $600
