begins at 3:00 pm Eastern Time ("ET") on Friday, June 14th, 2013 and ends on Saturday, July 13th, 2013 at 11:59 pm ET ("Sweepstakes Period").
open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Florida, New York & Rhode Island), who reside in a Charter Communications serviceable area and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in the jurisdiction they reside in at the time of entry.
BONUS ENTRIES: Entrants may earn (5) bonus entries by participating in a daily trivia question. There is a limit to (5) bonus entries per day. Bonus entry points will be awarded regardless of your answers to the daily trivia. Your answers to the daily trivia will not affect your chances of winning. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET on July 13, 2013.
PRIZES:
Grand Prize (2)
Two (2) Grand Prize winners will be selected. Each Grand Prize winner ("GP Winner") will receive a 4-day /3-night trip for four (4) people to Los Angeles, CA (the "Trip") currently scheduled to take place from August 9 -12, 2013. Each Grand Prize Trip will consist of the following:
(a.) Round-trip coach class airfare for GP Winner and 3 guests from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the GP Winner's permanent residence (or, in Sponsor's sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200 mile radius to Los Angeles, CA) to a Los Angeles area airport;
(b.) Four (4) days and three (3) nights hotel accommodations for GP Winner and 3 guests at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, double beds, room & tax only);
(c.) Mid-size car rental for duration of stay including unlimited mileage;
(d.) $500 spending cash;
(e.) Dinner for four at restaurant selected at Sponsor's discretion;
(f.) Activity selected at Sponsor's discretion; and
(g.) Access for four (4) people to attend The Teen Choice Awards currently scheduled to take place on August 11, 2013 ("Event").
(h.) Transportation to and from The Teen Choice Awards.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $7,650
Secondary Prizes (4)
Four (4) secondary prize winners ("SP Winner(s)") will be selected. Each secondary prize winner will receive a Teen Choice Surfboard. ARV of each secondary prize: $600.
Total Cumulative Prize ARV: $17,700
