One Grand Prize winner will receive:

(a) A trip for the winner and his/her guest to San Diego, CA on or about July 17-22, 2013 (the "Grand Prize Trip"). The Grand Prize Trip has an ARV of $2,835.00 and consists of:

•	Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and 1 guest departing from a major airport near the winner's residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the San Diego area (the "Airport");

•	5 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a San Diego area hotel to be determined by Sponsor (the "Hotel");
