Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on June 18, 2013, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 1, 2013.
Only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
There are two (2) ways to enter—either online via an Xbox 360 console or online via a PC.
To enter online via an Xbox 360 console, you must be an Xbox Live Gold or free member in good standing at the time of entry/winning and have access to an Xbox 360® console. Once you have verified that you meet these system requirements, you will automatically receive one (1) entry when you navigate to the Mazda landing page on the Xbox Live Dashboard and click the designated area during the Sweepstakes Period as instructed. Entrants who enter online via an Xbox 360 console will receive one (1) promotional e-mail communication from Mazda.
To enter online via a PC, you must be an Xbox Live Gold or free member in good standing at the time of entry/winning. Once you have verified that you meet these system requirements, you must log on to Xbox.com and visit www.xbox.com/gamechangerregi
Updating Account Information: Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information tied to the Xbox Live gamertag used to earn an entry. Your Xbox Live gamertag profile information, including e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number, must be complete, correct and current in order to be eligible for a prize. You can verify/update your profile information via your account profile by following the instructions on Xbox.com or through the Xbox Live Dashboard from your Xbox 360® console.
Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. The use of automated devices to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited.
On or around September 23, 2013, GMR will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize winner and three hundred (300) First Prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
One (1) Grand Prize: $2,500, awarded in the form of a corporate check, to create your own trip to the music destination of your choice. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,500.
Three hundred (300) First Prizes: One (1) 12-month Xbox Music Pass. The ARV of each First Prize is $99.90.
Xbox Music Passes' expiration date will be provided upon delivery, if applicable. Winners must redeem the passes prior to this expiration date. Xbox Music Passes are non-transferable and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Microsoft Xbox Live Terms of Use and Code of Conduct. Approximate Retail Value of all prizes combined: $32,470. Limit one (1) prize per person.
The winners will be notified and confirmed as follows:
Grand Prize Winner: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone/mail to the phone number/address indicated on the potential Grand Prize winner's Xbox Live account profile on or about October 7, 2013. The Grand Prize winner must complete, sign, and return the presented affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, and publicity release, and appropriate tax documents (the "Documents") within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of the Documents, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If notified winner is not eligible, forfeits prize, or declines prize, an alternate winner may be randomly selected as the Grand Prize winner, time and circumstances permitting. The Grand Prize will be shipped within eight (8) weeks following the successful completion of the Documents to the address associated with the Grand Prize winner's Xbox Live account profile/Documents. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or failure to accept any prize within the specified time period may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize.
