The cashier can enter any random number when it prompts for "scan barcode" and it will work. Worth a try

Not really if because if you get to the cashier, it means you've already typed the info into the kiosk and finished shipping. At that point you've invested a lot of time. If you don't ship, you'll definitely burn bridges with OD staff.

I rather not get a discount than try to get by with something that isn't kosher.

I have a store that will routinely apply a shipping discount if there is one out there without my asking and if I have a printable coupon they hand it back to me to use again....... and again and again.

I haven't shipped a whole lot lately which is fine since I rather ship with a big fat discount.

Hopefully they'll return again and we'll get an awesome $10/$10 printing coupon again. I could use that to print up some labels while I'm not too busy, but I can wait it out.
