Omlets In A Bag Ingredients: One or Two or three Eggs precooked Bacon pieces (canned, bottled, or from a previous meal) ham (sliced lunch meat, cubed, or other) precooked sausage pieces shredded Cheese onion - diced or minced green or mixed peppers salt pepper other seasonings diced fresh tomatoes sliced fresh mushrooms other toppings you might like Method: In a sandwhich sized Ziploc bag, pour in one or two or three eggs (no shell!). Add shredded cheese, bacon, onion, whatever you like and seal the bag removing as much air as possible. Squish the ingredients to mix (milk or water not needed - use sparingly if you do). "Burp" the air out. Recommend that you double bag. Slips with names or pieces of packaging can be put in between the bags so you can tell whos is whos. Everyone can make their own - exactly as they like. This gives everyone something to do too. Gently Drop in a pot of boiling water. Boil 3 min-1 egg, 4 min. for 2 eggs. 5-6 minutes for 3 eggs. "test" the baggie - the more toppings you add you may need more time. You can not over-cook them (generally) and they will not brown/burn unless the pot boils dry. Open bag & roll omelet onto plate. YUM!. You can top with more shredded cheese or toppings and serve. Little clean up (if any). Perfect fluffy omlets without over-cooking every time. It's the only way I make omlets now. At home or camping - very easy and it involves everyone. You can make/cook lots of them all at the same time too. Taco Tot Casserole 1lb lean ground beef 1 - 1.25oz pkg taco seasoning mix (or more to taste) minced onion if desired added to meat 1 - 15oz whole kernel corn, drained 1 - 11oz can nacho cheese soup, undiluted (or chedder or southwestern or other soup) frozen tater tots (regular size, mini size, or popcorn potato) shredded cheese (sharp cheddar, monteray peper jack, mexican blend, taco, or other(s)) salsa (opt) sour cream (opt) Preheat oven to 375. In a skillet cook beef until brown. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and add water, cook as directed on package of taco seasoning. Spoon meat mixture into an un-greased 2-quart casserole dish. Spread soup mixture undiluted over meant. Spread drained corn over beef. Spoon undiluted soup, if using two soups, over corn. Spinkle shredded cheese over top. Arrange tater tots in a single layer over this. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are lightly browned. If desired, serve with salsa and sour cream. Yield: 5-6 servings. We like to mix up the soups and cheeses and often do. Onion flavored tater tots work great, the smaller ones are better than the larger. Tonight I made it with McCains popcorn potato and it was great. Last edited by MichCamper; 02-16-2008 at 08:08 AM.. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |

Good morning, everyone.
![]() I had a nice evening yesterday after a stressful day at work. The heat wave continued and was still 83 at 11pm last night. The Heat Advisory was extended for yet another day and it's going back into the 90's today. At 5am this morning it was 77 (78 yesterday morning at the same time). A friend and I went to a house party and were pleasantly surprised to find another friend of ours is done with his massage therapy course and starting a new career. He was giving away free 15 minute massages if we would take three business cards and hand two of them on to others in the next week. I must say that for only 15 minutes, it helped a lot. My lower back has been hurting since Saturday from all the kitchen work I did and the tossing and turning at night each night. I'm sure my stress at work isn't helping any either, but that's another story. He zeroed in on two massive knots on each side of my lower spine and I felt much better after the massage. It was very professional and nicely relaxing. During the night, I still tossed and turned but the pain was less than it's been and it did not hurt as much this morning when I got up. I can only imagine what a longer massage would have done for it. As for the party, it was nice reconnecting with friends but there are so many other things to do in the summer that I'm not sure I will make it a weekly thing through the summer like it was in the winter. I have other things I want and need to do. I'm also thinking that the longer breaks between attendance will make the parties seem better/more special when I do go. Wishing you all the very best that life has to offer, peace, love, comfort, compassion, better health, less concerns, and moments of pleasure. ![]()

![]() http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lymphoma Lymphoma is a cancer that begins in the lymphatic cells of the immune system and presents as a solid tumor of lymphoid cells. It is treatable with chemotherapy, and in some cases radiotherapy and/or bone marrow transplantation, and can be curable depending on the histology, type, and stage of the disease.[1] These malignant cells often originate in lymph nodes, presenting as an enlargement of the node (a tumor). Lymphomas are closely related to lymphoid leukemias, which also originate in lymphocytes but typically involve only circulating blood and the bone marrow (where blood cells are generated in a process termed haematopoesis) and do not usually form static tumors.[1] There are many types of lymphomas, and in turn, lymphomas are a part of the broad group of diseases called hematological neoplasms. Do you know what kind of lymphoma they think you have?
