Got the phone call today while I was home for lunch! Won 4 tickets to Reliant Stadium to see the Texans vs Titans on 9/30 in the Coors Light Suite! Will be using my Embassy Suites Certificate and spend Sunday night in Houston.

I posted on the KraftMaid Facebook page that I never received the retraction nor the second email saying I would be getting the prize. A few minutes later I received a call from the fulfillment company saying the reason I never got the retraction or any other emails was because I was one of the 3 actual winners! So awesome, that's back to being my first REAL win! I'm also happy they are going to honor their emails to everyone who they told were winners. Rare to see that from a company nowadays.

Well, congratulations again!
I received all the emails, including another one today, from the promotion company, saying that I will be receiving the $500 gift card in 2-4 weeks, once they confirm eligibility (which shouldn't be a problem since I read the rules & made sure I was eligible before entering).
I too thinks it's great that KraftMaid is going to honor all the prizes, even though the huge mistake was made, not by them, but by the promotion company.
