Open only to participants of the Nathan's Famous Coney Island Program who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Honestly, I hope there isn't a Shutterfly reward. There are too many places already where you can get those for free.
