CVS Info:

First of all, you will need a CVS ExtraCare card. This is obtained easily at any store at the register. Some will ask you to fill out the form then and there, others will just give you the card and ask you to return the form later.

Once you have the card, you can now start CVSing

The biggest thing to understand is that CVS uses a promotional program called "ExtraCare Bucks" (commonly abbreviated as ECBs.) These print out on your receipt immediately once you purchase an item offering them; almost like an instant-rebate you get at the register. You can turn around and use them anytime on almost anything in the store, except for alcohol, cigarettes, and gift cards.

Often, CVS advertises items as "Free after ECB" ā€“ For example, throughout the month of November, CVS has Crest Pro Health Whitening Toothpaste in 4.2 oz size, for free after ECB. The cost is $3.49, but you get $3.49 back instantly on your receipt. The best part is that there are often coupons available that can actually help you earn moneyā€¦ like for the above toothpaste, there are $1 off coupons available, meaning the item would be $2.49, but you get $3.49 in ECBs back. The limit on this toothpaste for this month is 2. So if you wanted to start off small to get into CVSing, the thing to do would be to buy one toothpaste in the first transaction (and use a coupon if you have one, so that you either pay $3.49 or $2.49 in cash), then use the $3.49 ECBs you get back from that first transaction to pay for the second tube of toothpaste, and again, receive $3.49 more in ECBs.

The trick now is to roll your ECBs so that you rarely pay more than maybe a dollar or two in tax on transactions, instead using your ECBs from previous transactionsā€¦ then earning more to keep doing the same. It's a cycle (and a game/addiction to some, lol.)

The skewers or the Lindt truffle? Either way, yes. laugh out loud

Skewers were back by camping and aren't called skewers (Stick Out Tongue) and the Lindt truffle was with the Xmas stuff (light blue bag), but I don't think they were supposed to be there because it was the only bag and there was no price or spot for them. They're white chocolate (which I usually hate) with cocoa pieces in it. So farking good.

LMAO I was talking about the skewers, meathead Rofl2 I've never heard of those truffles you speak of. I'm not much for chocolate, especially white or dark chocolate.

Ozark or something... ? They have silicone type handles so I hope they can handle the heat well. They're extend-able (not why I bought them Stick Out Tongue) and have two prongs on each. The other set was all metal so I'd need to bring gloves/potholder (shake head) and the last set had the "stay cool handles," but it was HUGE. I could've fit an entire bag of marshmallows on that one. laugh out loud Hopefully the silicone stays cool.

I've used the all metal ones and they aren't in the fire/heat long enough to get the handle hot (when cooking marshmallows. Hot dogs might be different.)

Can I send a padded envelope (6X9) to a PO box? The recipient likely won't get it for a few months (she travels during the Winter). Will it fit and will they keep it in there?
