Reviews seem ok even though I have never heard of this one. I have a G1W which has been working solidly for about 2 years now. The other car has a nearly new Spytec A119s. The 119s is pretty slick and I think it's worth the money. It's also one of the few which actually alerts you if something is going wrong with the recording (bad microSD card etc...) I think that's worth it if you want reliable recording. As soon as the A119's drop more in price, I'll replace the old G1W. Again, this one does seem to have favorable reviews, so if you're on a budget, this probably blows the cheapo G1W type cams out of the water.

Coming from an A118C and having done some research on the A119s I def agree with you. This is comparable in price to the A118C2 which is seems better than this camera and mounts more stably (I don't trust suction cup mounts). I'm also waiting for the final firmware and reviews regarding the A119S "v2".

What a one sided video review. They did all the "good" angles and best times to shoot video. Night time video was in bright area. Looks like it sufferes from same "lack of ability to see license plates in headlights only" as other cameras..............
