I have purchased this at $25 for 3oz and been satisfied. It is advertised as Ceremonial Grade, which means it is for direct consumption as a brewed/mixed tea. While it is not a premium ceremonial grade to it is easy to drink and enjoy. It is not the greenest or the BEST tasting, but expect to pay $25 or more for a single ounce of the best matcha--that's 3X the price or 9X this sale price! I find it a good, drinkable, enjoyable and sweet, without any bitterness. It mixes completely and easily and produces a pleasing froth. I would say you get 80%+ of the flavor of the best matcha for 13% of the cost at this price. Even if you just buy this as a culinary grade for smoothies and baking, it is a slick deal.

AND, the jar is awesome! It is a nice black, UV glass jar that would cost about $20 if you just bought the jar! (https://www.amazon.com/Infinity-J...+glass+jar) Black UV glass is apparently one of the best for preserving plant based products like tea, coffee, spices, tobacco, etc.

THIS IS A FLAMING HOT SLICK DEAL! I bought 5.
