Pebble as a company is no more. What does this mean to me if I buy a Pebble now?
The only downside, as of now, is that you won't get any support or warranty. You can easily solve this by purchasing a 2-year protection plan from Walmart for around $4. Fitbit will keep Pebble servers running until the end of 2017. They have also made the device independent of cloud services (except a few services like dictation). This means that the Pebble would work as long as the app doesn't break. There are open source efforts on building an alternative app (Gadgetbridge) and firmware (Rebble). Same here. Looking at like 0 for 5 deals for me.

Yeah, maybe you're missing a strap. You're supposed to wear it on your wrist.

They've always worked. There was a recent app update which removed most of the Fitbit server dependencies.

The $30 online price for in-store pickup makes this super slick. I'm somehow doubting the store will find one, though.

My Walmart has them at $59 - was that the price that scanned?

Also, online showing $59

Where did you see $30?

Clearance pricing is store dependent. Try a different store.
