Buy 4 for Rear and Height speakers? $135.98

Would they work for ceiling mount?

I'm a noob when it comes to audio. What's the most ideal way to mount these in a medium sized bedroom? Seems like the highs/mids come out in 45 degree angles. Should I place them so one side blasts audio right at me while the other bounces on my side walls? Should I even get these?

I'm thinking of mounting these behind me, and getting the RB-10 bookshelf speakers when they are on sale. I have one of those 12-cube storage for my TV. I honestly don't know if those are too close Length is almost 50 inches. Thinking of putting one in each box of the far sides on the top row. Perhaps this set up is wasting the potential of a 5.1 set up.

2 should be good. Why would you want 4. More speakers doesn't mean better sound. Movies are mostly recorded at 5.1. What that means is that the movie makers encode particular sounds to come
Out of specific speakers. For instance - in the opening scene in Saving Private Ryan, you will hear bullets zipping by. The sound starts on the right surround speaker and then travels to the left front speaker. Adding additional speakers would make some sounds repeat- messing with acoustics.

There is no reason to have any more than 5 speakers IMO.

On a side note, I have these speakers and they work great.
