"Phone(s) not compatible
It doesn't look like your phone(s) will work on our network, but we still have great deals online to help you save. Head to our store and begin saving."
I did some speed tests and so far I'm getting faster data at my house than I was on T-Mobile.
Oddly enough when I went through all the steps yesterday it said nothing about my order being on hold - however I found out today that even though the website said my order went through yesterday (and I received confirmation emails and screenshots of webpages) the website screwed up and didn't correctly create an account.
Fast forward to today - I retried activating online. It said congrats - and then I got the on hold email. Same issue - stupid credit department issue.
So I call them and for some ridiculous reason, I couldn't resolve it over the phone - I had to drive to a corporate Sprint store and show two forms of ID to verify my identity. WTF.
After 1 hour in store with manager on phone with credit department and customer support - my Google Pixel is working on sprint.
I actually ported over from Teltik (T-mobile business reseller) so that part worked great. I'm considering signing up for another teltik number and getting that up and running and activated so I can take advantage of this again! Will be smoother sailing this time - as I think the website issues are fixed.

I also ported from Teltik. I'm kinda sad to leave there since I've had such great service from them, but free unlimited is too good to pass up.

Maybe buy one of the qualifying phones, then port your number to T-Mobile and then immediately sign up for this deal? lol Just throwing that out there.
Note 5 needs to be included on compatible phones.
