I tried an iphone 6 currently on a sprint mvno and it also says ineligible. I wish it would say whether its the phone or the cell service provider that is the problem.

1. call the sprint CS.
2. Ask them if your phone is eligible for the offer , provide them IMEI #.
3. If qualify then go to nearest sprint store and get the BYOD SIM.( $10).
4. call the CS and tell them you have SIM ready to activate under this offer.
5. They will get all the required details from you and activate the SIM.
