Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Ugh, I literally just switched from AT&T with BYOD two days ago, any way to get this retroactively applied?

This is probably the best Slickdeal I've ever gotten. I'm paying $66 a month now with Verizon's 2GB Loyalty plan. I suspect after fees/taxes, I'll save $60 a month AND get unlimited everything and 10GB of mobile hotspot (which will be awesome watching Netflix, Plex videos and streaming music with my 7" Android car radio on the road... for passengers, I mean).

Even with whatever ETF I'll have to pay to Verizon, it's a no-brainer! I'll save $720 by the time they start charging me. Thats not hypothetical. That's money I was guaranteed to spend on cell service for another year.

That money will go straight to my credit card bill. Now, instead of paying a Verizon bill every month, I'll just put $60 more on my credit card bill. Sprint is actually helping me pay off my credit card. Crazy.

I had Sprint a few years ago (apparently you're a "new" customer if your previous account has been closed a certain length of time) and remember the service being really good in my area. Even better than AT&T.
Thanks for the feedback- welcome to Sprint family

This would be a savings of around $1000 for me, coming from T-mobile Simple choice plan with 5 lines, currently at $125 after all taxes and discounts. That is awesome!

Can you talk and surf the web at the same time on their network?

No simultaneous voice/data on Sprint, although they are testing such a feature on a select few phones (i.e Calling Plus).

Keep in mind that your price skyrockets far higher than $125 after a year.

Don't pay attention to people saying it's a soft pull. Definitely hard pull from Experian.

it's ok in a year Sprint might not be aroundWink, and at that point I'm sure it's possible to find good deal from competitor to switch to.

Agreed. I've been sticking with SERO because of the unlimited with subsidized phones. Now that the subsidies are gone there's very little reason to stay.
yup I say the same thing. I didn't mind Sprint while getting a flagship phone for 200 every 2 years... but it's gone. I have almost switched to TMobile a few times but I'm hesitant because I'm not sure of their service in my area. Sprint works great where I live. I just discovered best buy's buying options for phones. it's better than the 2 year subsidized pricing. they just had LG G6 for 240 bucks and you don't have a 2 year contract.

I have a Nexus 6p on ProjectFI and the website says I'm not eligible. I talked to customer chat via the website and they said only direct ATT, Tmobile and Verizon customers are eligible. The website though instead of saying my carrier isn't acceptable for this promotion tells me, "It doesn't look like your phone(s) will work on our network" which is absolutely untrue.

Unlocked T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge comes up as ineligible. Anybody had any luck?

My old Verizon iPhone 5s is eligible. I don't feel like using an old phone though...

As far as I know, phone needs to be unlocked and CDMA Compatible.
Sprint using LTE for the data, CDMA for the voice.
Newer version unlock phones such as iPhone 6 or newer, Nexus 5x or newer are compatible with both CDMA and GSM for the voice.
In addition, it seems the phone IMEI shouldn't be listed in their DB including their MVNO.
I believe Google Fi, Ringplus and Tello using their line.

Yeah, I read that for 5 lines it would be: $60 + $40 + $30 + $30 + $30 = $190. BUT I read somewhere that by calling sprint (retention) you can work something out. Perhaps a more seasoned Sprint user can chime in on whether it is true or not.........
