Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I have a Nexus 6p on ProjectFI and the website says I'm not eligible. I talked to customer chat via the website and they said only direct ATT, Tmobile and Verizon customers are eligible. The website though instead of saying my carrier isn't acceptable for this promotion tells me, "It doesn't look like your phone(s) will work on our network" which is absolutely untrue.
Since Project Fi uses Sprint and T-Mobile netowrk, your Nexus 6P's IMEI has already been activated in Sprint network. You have to port it to Verizon Prepaid, H2O or Puretalk first and try again. Good luck!

Only Moto g4 play unlocked I bought from B&H Photo works. My Nexus 5X doesn't work with Project Fi.

just saying, sounds a lot like this: http://newsroom.sprint.com/news-r...d-text.htm [sprint.com]

"For one line of service, customers pay $60/month; for two lines, $100/month; and the third, fourth and fifth lines are FREE through Jan. 31, 2018."
Ah I see! Thanks for pointing out. Maybe the rep I spoke to didn't know about this new deal yet and thought I was referring to this one. Will call them again. Thanks.

Nope. All they doing is trying to prove to those who switch how greatly they improved their service for free. Once customers use them for a year and find out they are not worse then T-mobile, Att and Verizon but alot cheaper they will stay. Disclaimer: I am a T-Mobile customer and just trying to guess their strategy based on Sprints latest ads and their network expansion. Do you remember their 1% worse then Verizon ads?
I would encourage you to try out their service then and report to us. Especially if you are in Washington DC, LA, Colorado or Idaho.

To those whose unlocked Boost phone work:
@celeriti

Have you used ESN cleaning service?

My Boost iPhone SE was unlocked and is used on T-Mobile. But it can't go through Sprint check. Wonder if the ESN cleaning will help.

Any one has luck with T-Mobile iPhone 6s plus. It's says the phone is not eligible. I even asked T-Mobile to unlock and they sent me a message that its unlocked.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but trying to read through this many posts is near impossible... can this be done in store and still get the same deal but save postage on SIM card and get it done today?

I think I'm going to have to sit this one out. Can't live without simultaneous talk and data for business reasons. Great deal though.

Anyone have experience with Sprint's Call Quality in downtown areas? Namely, in downtown SF? It's important to me that voice calls are pretty clear in a congested area.

Also how is the streaming quality. T-mobile prepaid in SF was garbage in my 1 month experience. AT&T prepaid seems much better

TIA

Yes I just tried to customer service and they didn't make sense.

Basically I want to get my daughter a cell phone since she is starting practices more frequently for school. Mine and my wife's numbers are eligible from Vz . I do not yet have a phone for my daughter. Can I add my daughter to my plan later without first being on a network (Ie I buy a phone from her then activate it on sprint then link to our account) or do I need to port her the same as mine and my wife's?

I can get a cheap iPhone 5s/c so the eligible phone isn't the issue. More of a time issue and/or an issue with having to port the number in.

The fineprint made me question as it say ". Add a Line: Add a line at any time up to the max. number of lines & get promotional pricing until 7/31/2018.". If it needed to be fully eligible in the first place then this is kind of a redundant phrasing
