Its 10GB per month? AFter that you are on 2g?
Don't worry when you're on Sprint their LTE often feels like 3G and often times you'll get no service so it's like 0G before cell phone data existed. So if you average it out and round up it's like unlimited 2G.

With Verizon Iphone 7, do we just plug in the Sprint PHone and it will work?
Asking for my parents, I am not living in same city with them, but i would like to get them this free service.

Anyone have experience with Sprint's Call Quality in downtown areas? Namely, in downtown SF? It's important to me that voice calls are pretty clear in a congested area.

Also how is the streaming quality. T-mobile prepaid in SF was garbage in my 1 month experience. AT&T prepaid seems much better

TIA
If you want clear calls in the city I would avoid Sprint. I live in Alameda and work in Financial District SF. In Alameda, my cell coverage is spotty and constantly bounces around from 0 bars to 3-4 bars of LTE coverage. People that call me occasionally get "all circuits are busy" messages which I find infuriating because I have no indication that I have a missed call and not everyone is kind enough to follow up. In the city, it's so so which is very sad. If I am in a building on an upper floor (18+) I will not have coverage. Likewise if I am driving from Southbay to SF, there are pockets on the free way where I do not have coverage. Riding BART it's also spotty, if you enter a tunnel you'll get zero coverage but other providers do. Riding Caltrain, I only had coverage when I was in the Southbay and In the city, any other cities along the Peninsula I did not get coverage. One thing that I did notice is that my phone batteries do not last as long because they spend alot of time hunting for phone signals.

I would gladly switch to another provider but right now I do not have funds to buy a new phone and my current phone cannot be switched over without losing functionality.

what u need help with?
Hello Sprint Guru, Can you advise why I'm unable to use over 10 of the Verizon unlocked phones they have listed as OK? Is the number I'm using failing the checker? I have had some of these active on Sprint through Ringplus on Sprint before. So I know they are compatible.

Why are all of the Verizon 6's, 6S's, 7's, SE's that I am checking coming up with as not compatible?
I just ordered 2 sims for my 6s and 6s plus. Both are verizon and eligible.

Any idea - how much the monthly "Charges" will be?

I am currently on an MVNO paying $15 / month.

May not be worth a switch - if the "Taxes and other Incidental Charges" from the "free Service" add up beyond that !

Thanks in advance.

i bought SIM card from sprint store yesterday eve after checking my eligibility with sprint CS. Once i get the SIM i called the CS and activated my SIM. It hardly took me 20min to complete the process.
From online Chat with Sprint : I am sorry to say that this SIM offer for the free unlimited plan is not available at Sprint stores at all. This offer is only available online.

From Store employees via phone: This offer is an online only offer

To be honest, the store employees were not aware of this offer when I called. So you might have activated your SIM with a different offer.. I guess... Please check if you have received any message about 1 year unlimited free plan.

Thanks. I wonder why mine are failing. All unlocked postpaid Verizon that I fully paid off over a year ago. I have a huge pile of SE's, plus a few 7 Plus, a few 6's and a few 6'S's. All Verizon. Guess I will keep plugging away. Thanks again for your reply.

Update: Got an SE with a Cricket number to work! It took several tries with same IMEI though

The fees and tax will be less than $15 for sure.
